Application Review

Submit your CV and a covering letter explaining why you want to join Memon & Co and which practice area interests you most. We review every application personally.

Initial Interview

A 45-minute conversation with our HR Manager and a senior associate covering your background, motivations, and legal reasoning ability.

Technical Assessment

A written legal exercise relevant to your desired practice area — testing research, analysis, and drafting skills. You have 3 days to complete this at your own convenience.

Partner Interview

A final interview with the relevant practice area Partner — exploring your technical knowledge, career ambitions, and cultural fit with the firm.

Offer & Onboarding

Successful candidates receive a formal offer within 5 business days. Our structured onboarding programme ensures you hit the ground running from day one.
